Welcome to the official registration system of the Iwama Shinshin Aiki Shuren Kai Dojo. This website provides public access to information about all certified ISSASK dojos worldwide, which Saito Hitohira Soke supports. In this section, you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the registration system.

How does the Dojo registration system work?

The system consists of three steps:

  1. Registration: Click the “Registration” section and complete the form. Our team will review the information provided to confirm that you are an active member of ISSASK. You will receive an email confirming your registration within five business days if you meet the conditions.
  2. Fee: Visit the “My profile” section to access the PayPal link. Use it to pay and attach a screenshot or photo of the transaction. Our team will confirm your payment within five days.
  3. Enter Dojo information: After confirming your registration and payment, enter your dojo details in the “My profile” section by filling out the form.

How can I officially register my dojo?

Once your registration and payment are confirmed, visit the “My profile” section again and complete the dojo entry form.

Can I register more than one dojo?

Yes, visit the “My profile” section and fill out the form with the data of the new dojo.

What is the value of the membership?

Membership has a cost of ¥10,000 per year.

If I have more than one dojo, do I have to pay for each registered dojo?

No, membership allows you to register as many dojos as you have without any limit during one year.

I changed my dojo address, contact phone number or other information; how can I change this in the system?

To update the data of any of your registered dojos, visit the “My profile” section and fill out the “Change dojo information” form.

What does it mean to be an active ISSASK member?

An active ISSASK member:

  • They are recognized by the official ISSASK representative of their respective country.
  • Constantly participates in ISSASK activities in their country (Dojo activities and seminars).
  • Has an official ISSASK degree endorsed by Saito Hitohira Sensei.

More than five business days have passed, and I await your response. What can I do?

The official communication channel of ISSASK is the [email protected] mailbox. Please check your “Spam” or “Junk Email” folder in your email application before contacting us. If you do not find any communication from us, you can message [email protected] or use the contact form on this website.

My application was rejected; what can I do about it?

If your application was not accepted, and if you believe you qualify as an active ISSASK member, send us the background of your case to [email protected].
